RAFTING TOUR
For our domestic and international guests who choose Dalyan for their vacation, one of the tour programs we recommend is the Rafting Tour. If you want to explore the natural beauty of our region and experience an adrenaline-filled day, this tour is perfect for you.
The rafting tour starts at 8:00 AM. Our air-conditioned vehicles will pick you up from your accommodation in Dalyan according to your preference, and your adventurous day will begin. After departing from Dalyan, our destination will be the rafting course on the Dalaman River. The Dalaman River, which has the longest rafting course after the Çoruh River, awaits us.
After an hour's journey, we will stop for breakfast. During breakfast, guests will be given safety information and asked to sign insurance forms. The purpose of signing this form is to ensure your security. Guests with a history of heart problems, pregnant women, asthma sufferers, and those with platinum implants in their arms or legs are not eligible to participate in this tour.
After breakfast, guests are provided with equipment (life jacket, helmet, and paddle) suitable for their body size. Boats are loaded onto our vehicles, which are prepared to take us to the rafting starting point on the Dalaman River, and the second, exciting journey through the mountains with scenic views begins. Guests are only allowed to bring small items that fit in our waterproof bags, such as sunscreen, cigarettes, and a lighter. Since there are no electronic devices on the river, it is recommended that guests do not bring cameras, photographic equipment, mobile phones, or similar electronic devices.
Upon reaching our rafting starting point R2 – R3 – R4, a briefing will be given in Turkish and English. All guests will be given sufficient information about what to do on the river. Then, the rafts will be launched one by one to experience the excitement of the R2 – R3 – R4 course. This 14 km long course is quite fun and high-adrenaline. Located among pine-covered mountains, the Dalaman Rafting Course has 8 large and exciting drop points. You will have the chance to spend approximately 3 hours on the river, including swimming breaks. We will return to the finish point around 14:45 / 15:00. At this point, vehicles that will take us back to the starting point will be waiting for us. After a 20-minute journey, we will reach the area where our transfer vehicles are located.
Before the meal, guests will take showers, change out of wet clothes, and wash away some of the day's fatigue. Then our lunch service will begin. While eating, video footage of the rafting tour will be shown. Guests who wish can take these video recordings as a memento of this wonderful rafting adventure.
Our transfer vehicles will drop you off at your accommodation points at the end of the tour, just as they picked you up in the morning. This will mark the end of this wonderful day, and we'll say our goodbyes.
